It is a fun and energetic class that combines upbeat music with choreographed routines that challenge your fitness level. Les Mills BodyStep is available in different formats and durations, from 30 to 55 minutes, to suit your schedule and goals.

In November 2011, Les Mills released BodyStep 85, a new edition of the program that featured 12 tracks of music and exercises. The master class for BodyStep 85 was filmed at the Ultimate Super Workshop in Sydney, Australia, where Les Mills instructors and enthusiasts from around the world gathered to experience the latest releases of various Les Mills programs. The master class was led by Mark Nu'u-Steele, the program director of BodyStep, along with a team of presenters who demonstrated the moves and motivated the participants.

  • Power Peak: Where Them Girls At (David Guetta feat. Nicki Minaj & Flo Rida)



  • Step Recovery: You Make Me Feel... (Cobra Starship feat. Sabi)



  • Party Step: Hangover (Taio Cruz feat. Flo Rida)



  • Speed Step: Titanium (David Guetta feat. Sia)



  • Peak: Without You (David Guetta feat. Usher)



  • Recovery/Leg Strength/Balance/Abs: Moves Like Jagger (Maroon 5 feat. Christina Aguilera)



  • Cool Down/Stretch: Someone Like You (Adele)




The master class for BodyStep 85 showcased the variety and intensity of the program, as well as the skills and enthusiasm of the presenters and participants. It was a great way to learn the new choreography, get inspired by the music, and have fun with the step.
